Not only is this incredible, heartwarming and genuinely great news, you also get to hear a man say “…it grew like the dickens!”
“Decades into his career, marine biologist David Vaughan stumbled upon a method for growing coral faster than had previously been believed possible, a breakthrough that can add clean air to the planet, and has possible implications for treatment of cancer and tumors. Now he has a new lease on life and is determined not to retire until he can plant a million new corals.”
This is an incredible piece of work. Exquisitely well played, Laser Unicorns!
The short film Kung Fury is a homage and a love letter to the 80’s from the director David Sandberg.
Miami Police Department detective and martial artist Kung Fury time travels from the 1980s to World War II to kill Adolf Hitler, a.k.a. “Kung Führer”, and revenge his friend’s death at the hands of the Nazi leader. An error in the time machine sends him further back to the Viking Age.
The film was crowdfunded in the beginning of 2014 and released on the 28th of may 2015.
Check out this super cool Kickstarter from our pals, Project Trident. These guys have been nailing the short film game for years now, so makes perfect sense that they would turn their many skilled hands to a feature! They’re gonna nail this, too!
Not content with designing some of the most popular and well designed products of all time, hiring Marc Newson, etc. Jony seals the deal by hanging this poster by our buddies, Good Fucking Design Advice.
